What is the risk?
Who/What is at risk?
What is the risk level?
What am I going to do to prevent the risk?
Dropping or damaging the camera
The camera
Medium/High
To make sure that I do not drop the camera I will make sure that the camera is securely screwed onto the tripod at all times. When the camera is not being used I shall make sure it is in its case.
Losing equipment
The equipment
Low
The props which are being used are quite large and should not be lost easily. When the filming is finished I shall check that all the equipment used at the beginning is still with us at the end.
Damaging equipment
The equipment
Low/
Medium
Unless we are being careless or an accident happens the risk of damaging the equipment should be low because we should be being responsible with our possessions.
Breaking the tripod during filming
The tripod
Low
The tripod which I am using should not break as it is reasonably new and in good condition. I will make sure that when I use it that it is being used correctly.

Safety is very important when filming, so I have created a risk assessment so that I am aware of the possible risks.
